What do i need to bring?
Clients 18 years of age or older must have a current AND valid form of ID with you. Without it, we cannot assist you.
NO EXCEPTIONS
We accept the following:
State I.D. / Drivers License / Passport
YOU WILL BE CHARGED CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE IF YOU COME UNPREPARED
We have had an influx of clients lately show up without proper ID, or general understanding of our pricing.
When you show up unprepared / without ID , you have taken up a slot that we can no longer fill. Therefore you will be charged a fee in the amount of the service to accommodate our time.
DO YOU PIERCE LITTLE KIDS EARS?
We do! here’s what you need to know…
We will pierce earlobes ONLY on children ages 6 - 14
Minors between the ages of 15 - 17 can receive helix and other simple cartilage, nostril, lip, eyebrow, and navel piercings (all minor piercings will be subject to the piercers discretion)
We can not and will not use any outside jewelry (jewelry not purchased from SIX16 or of a trusted reputable company that SIX16 carries / recommends) for your child's piercings or jewelry instalation on healed piercings.
ALL MINOR SERVICES require the minor's legal parent/guardian to be present the entire visit and in the piercing room at the time of the service.
Parent / Guardian must have legal and valid ID (state ID &/Or Passport acceptable)
Original copy of Minors Birth Certificate with Parents names matching. (Please bring any name change documents, marriage licence, adoption papers if applicable)

Do i need an appointment?
Yes. We are 100% appointment only. You can book online or call the studio to book an appointment. We book one month out at a time.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged for late cancelations and No Shows.
The fee charged will be relative to the cost of the appointment ($20/60)
If changes need to be made and you for some reason cannot make your appointment (we get it, things come up!) please call or email us to reschedule before the date of your appointment (24 hours prior or more please!)
If you do not show up for your appointment, or do not alert us of a change or cancellation at least 24 hours prior, the card on file will be charged a fee of the service amount. Please make sure the Card on File is valid, declined charges will result in us no longer being able to keep you as a client.
limit one change allowed per client per appointment.
please be respectful of our time and our other clients. We understand that things come up and life happens, but if you “ NO CALL / NO SHOW “ then we will no longer be able to keep you as a client. Thank you for understanding.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
Short answer: NO!
Here is why: We can only guarantee the quality and safety of the body jewelry that we carry within our store and want to make sure that you are always wearing the most appropriate styles and materials - because of this we have a "No outside jewelry" policy.
BUT if you have been pierced by us before, and would like to repurpose the jewelry we used last time, we are happy to reprocess that jewelry to use for a new piercing or insert.
